This ongoing transformation often leads to the erosion of the city's unique character as developers prioritize rapid and inexpensive construction without considering the surrounding spaces.
Shawn Rowe is a Philadelphia-based artist creating work that lies at the confluence of traditional modernist ideals and contemporary urban design principles. Shawn has exhibited widely and received his Masters in Fine Art degree in Photography from Columbia College Chicago.
