In "Black and White" we will observe the behaviour of India ink on different papers. This will be an exploration workshop: we'll go through the different actions involved in producing the drawings in the "Mancha-Marcha-Mater" exhibition: the blind brushstrokes; the stains that suggest shapes to our gaze; turning the paper round and round; playing with transparencies; everything possible for the drawing to emerge and be led by us. The process here takes precedence over the result, which we'll call "dormancy", because the pleasure of drawing exists in the combination of different moments: anticipation - action - deviation - dormancy.
Finishing a drawing can only be a pause; opening it up to transformation is always possible!
