Unable to pay the 20,000 dollars he owes the mafia, Link (Antonio Fargas), a small-time drug dealer, gives up the identity of the undercover cop (Terry Carter) who is dating his sister, Foxy Brown (Pam Grier). When the gangsters later kill the cop, Foxy quickly realizes the connection and vows revenge.
