In "Inhabiting the Present", Joaquín Mora attempts to capture spaces in transition or abandonment, where time seems to have stopped. In this series, he focuses on the absence of human figures to highlight an implicit narrative: these places, once inhabited, are now empty, suggesting a story in the absence of their former occupants. This lack of human presence allows one to imagine what happened before and what might happen next, while also inviting an experience of the current state of the places, suspended in time.
