Vampyr is a pseudo-documentary about obstinate creatures who refuse to obey the mandate of the nature/culture divide; they are half dead, half animal, half living, half earth and half human. Indeterminate and stubborn beings who wander disoriented, sometimes like bats, sometimes like night workers, through the wind turbine farms that are being built without any regulations on Chilean territory. Vampyr offers a complex look at fatigue and energy, work and rest. A work of delirious black humor, about the relationship with the non-human animals that inhabit our territories and the way we relate to their cultures when we think about our future energy projections.
