“Sex and Death: Between Libidinal and Liminal States” is a diptych that explores issues related to pleasure and death, bondage culture and ritualistic funerals, lust and the resolution of sins, flesh and corpses, dominatrix and mourners, libido and Libitina. Let's imagine two 1-to-1 spatio-temporal situations. The first consists of a performance between performer and spectator that explores desire, intimacy and radical tenderness in a dark room made up of stimulating installations, objects and sculptural costumes. The second is an installation in a funeral concept store where each person is immersed, through virtual reality and artificial intelligence, in “Afterlife”, an experience surrounding their death and future form.
