The municipal Days with Energy programme is a weekly initiative that offers free pilates, yoga and tai chi classes on Saturday mornings. In the autumn and winter periods, the sessions take place in three municipal pavilions; in the spring and summer months, the classes take place outdoors, in municipal parks, and are also held on Sundays.
All the activities are planned and guided by physical education professionals and are open to people of any age and level of experience.
Participation is free, but registration is required by email: desporto@agoraporto.pt by 5pm each Friday.
