Held in our tranquil urban sanctuary, the day will begin and end with guided meditation and chanting, creating a supportive container for your journey into stillness. Throughout the day, you’ll have the freedom to explore our beautiful space at your own pace, with access to the sauna and outdoor shower, as well as our other peaceful facilities.
We encourage you to bring your own vegetarian lunch and beverages, while water and tea will be provided to support your day of inward reflection.
