Ivana Chubbuck is one of the most sought-after acting coaches in the world, whose technique paved the way to stardom for actors such as Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling, Jim Carrey, Sylvester Stallone, Halle Berry, Charlize Theron and many others. She created the Chubbuck Technique and is the author of the book “The Power or the Actor”, which explains in 12 steps how to use your own experiences to connect with the character. With Ivana’s blessing, after being certified in Hollywood and coaching dozens of actors in Japan, I am bringing her technique to Portugal.

Chubbuck acting class will be held in Porto on Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm. We will be doing monologues and partner scenes. This is a chance for actors to upgrade their skills and learn how to nail auditions. We will be doing exercises that will help to break the script and get into the character. You will learn how to use your personal history to create a powerful character that the audience can identify with.
