Sara Anjo is a dancer and choreographer who is interested in meditative and ecstatic practices, the main ones being breathing and walking. She is also interested in developing her work in a relationship with the outdoors and landscapes, especially nature reserve landscapes. He is also interested in rhythm and pulse, movement and displacement and develops a sonic theatre, exploring choreography and the performative space in its sonic dimension. Alongside her pieces, she has developed notation and archive work, as a way of noting and annotating the movement of bodies in space. He has presented his work mainly in a European context. He constantly asks himself what moves us? How do we move? And where do we move to? She has a master's degree in choreography from Das Graduate School in Amsterdam (2016) and her references are: Anna Halprin, Usula K. Le Guin, Hildegard Westerkamp, Yoko Ono, Werner Herzog, James Turrel and Murray Schafer.
