"Call the pelvis" is a practice of activation, release and awareness of the pelvic region. In this class, we work on strength, mobility, openness and muscle release, illustrated by some anatomical notions so that those who take part can become aware of themselves as a body in both internal and external spaces. Furthermore, it is through contemporary dance that this practice is constructed and renewed. For this reason, movement is explored based on continuous guided improvisation and floor work for greater appropriation of movement.
