This exhibition presents 450 photographs in chronological order from various parties in Porto: Maus Hábitos - Passos Manuel - Cinema Batalha - Ateneu do Porto - Pitch - Danceteria Arrasta o Pé - Gare - Café Au Lait - Armazém do Chá - Plano B - Faculdade de Belas Artes da U.Porto - Lofte - Picadilly - Filó/Sportinguista - Casa da Música - Trinta e Um - Indústria.

Between 2006 and 2016, digital photography underwent significant transformations in terms of creation, acceptance and exhibition. High-quality digital cameras became affordable, making it possible to photograph at night with a quality close to that of a studio. In 2007 the Facebook platform was launched in Portugal, quickly becoming the main space for sharing party photographs. Images were posted to relive the night before, usually on the account associated with the party. The concept of reposting between platforms didn't exist yet. This relationship with the medium harks back to the printed photo book. In 2016, the Instagram platform launched Stories, digital influencers established themselves in the market, selfies gained prominence on social networks, reflecting the growing culture of self-image. Snapchat popularised ephemeral posts, offering an alternative to digital permanence. ‘Post-truth’ was voted word of the year by the Oxford Dictionary, highlighting this new era, where emotions and personal beliefs took precedence over objective facts.
